Lee established Enso Homes in 2016 with a clear goal: to create homes built for longevity.

Together with his wife Holly, Lee leads the business with a focus on redefining the custom home experience, proving it doesn’t have to be complex, hurried, or impersonal.

Drawing on his experience in carpentry, estimating, and operations, Lee assembled a team dedicated to delivering a more thoughtful and considered approach.

Holly Selkrig | Finance Manager

Holly brings over a decade of residential building experience, ensuring every home’s finances are clear and accountable. Her background in Big Four banking provides a solutions-focused approach, giving clients total confidence.

Also a design enthusiast, Holly curates Enso’s timeless display homes. She loves gardening and family time, finding the most reward in building homes with care and integrity.

Sam Piasente | Business & Sales Manager

Sam brings nine years of experience across estimating, marketing, and management to his role at Enso. Having built his own home with Enso, he understands the trust and emotion involved in the process.

Sam focuses on elevating client experiences and architectural standards across the local area. He finds it most rewarding when a finished home exceeds a client’s imagination.

Off-duty, Sam enjoys golf, the beach, and landscape photography.

Libby Brecevic | Operations Manager

With 13 years in residential building, Libby has a well-rounded understanding of the industry. Having worked in sales, admin, and management, she is passionate about creating efficient systems that ensure every project progresses smoothly.

Libby finds it rewarding to guide clients through pre-construction and loves seeing their hard work come to life.
A busy mum of two teens, she enjoys sports, camping, and walks with her whippet, Jinx.

Wayne Lee | Procurement & Sales Estimator

With 23 years in the building industry, Wayne specializes in estimating and procurement to ensure cost efficiency for every client.

Having built three of his own homes in Geelong with a recent focus on energy efficiency, he understands the process firsthand. Wayne is proud of the quality Enso delivers.

Off-duty, he is usually tinkering on cars in his shed or gardening.

Eda Kaynak | Pre-Construction Estimator

Eda has been central to Enso’s pre-construction for five years, leading the preparation of Bills of Quantities. With a background in Architecture and Construction Management, she turns architectural visions into transparent cost plans.

Eda evaluates buildability and manages risk to ensure design and practicality work in harmony.

Outside work, she applies the same discipline she once gave to classical piano to Muay Thai.

Jason Nekrep | Principle Draftsperson

Jason has helped clients visualize their dream homes for 14 years. Now in his fifth year at Enso, he focuses on his true passion: custom designs tailored to specific lifestyles.

His proudest achievement is designing the award-winning Aria facade, named after his daughter.

Outside of work, Jason loves family time with his wife, daughter, and two bulldogs, collecting vinyl, and playing golf.

Zana Ajdari | Accounts Administration

With over two years of experience and a Certificate III in Accounts Administration, Zana enjoys supporting clients throughout their building journey.

She thrives in Enso’s supportive team environment and finds it deeply fulfilling to see a client’s vision come to life at the end of a build.

Outside of work, Zana stays active training in Muay Thai, catching up with friends, or spending time with her dogs.

Michael Wesley | Project Manager

With 22 years in residential building, including carpentry and project management, Michael offers a master’s perspective on custom homes. He manages every detail from site start to handover, ensuring seamless coordination between trades and clients.

Having built his own custom home, he provides expert comfort to families. For Michael, nothing beats exceeding expectations for the 150+ homes he’s delivered.

Saul Grenfell | Project Manager

With 25 years of experience across trades and management, Saul expertly guides clients through every build stage to handover. He ensures the process is smooth, enjoyable, and transparent by addressing every question along the way.

For Saul, the most rewarding part of the job is watching a project come to life and sharing that excitement with his clients.
