We chose to build our custom home with ENSO Homes after spending several months meeting with various builders, and we are extremely pleased with our decision. From the outset, the difference was clear — the team genuinely listened to our requirements and were highly accommodating of our needs. The Sales Representative (Michael) was very supportive assisting us with realising our vision.

The building process was seamless, supported by consistent and thorough communication throughout each stage. We found the staff at ENSO to be particularly helpful, with all questions addressed promptly and professionally. The on-site team were excellent to work with, and our project manager was knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with.

We also engaged an independent building inspector during the construction process, and the feedback we received was exceptionally positive, highlighting the high quality of ENSO’s workmanship.

Overall, we are delighted with our experience and the quality of our new home.

Enso homes have recently completed my first home for my Girlfriend and I. Their Communication is exceptional. Everyone is on the same page from the sales man to the project manager. Such an easy process. Extremely straight forward. And we are more than happy with the home we have. Such a great design. A big part of why we chose Enso homes was Michael the salesman. He never forced us into anything and he gave us the time of day when we walked in for the first time. Really easy going and each meeting was great! Another reason were the Facade options. As soon as I saw the Ivan Facade my decision was made.

I had a great experience building with Enso Homes. From the very beginning, the process was smooth and well communicated. The team were professional, approachable and genuinely helpful throughout the journey.

Michael the salesman was fantastic to deal with, he was knowledgeable, patient and always happy to answer my questions and explain options clearly. My supervisor Michael was equally great, keeping everything on track and being responsive and supportive during the build.

I have been doing property developments for resale in the Bellarine for 10 years and have used a number of builders to complete these projects.
Enso Homes have been by far the best builder I have used. They are well organised, efficient and also very competitively priced. They were professional from the very start and delivered a quality build. The build timeframe was also on track, if not a little earlier.
I would definitely use them if I were building my own home, or completing another project. However, I am now retired from property development projects.
