We work with you
When you choose Enso Homes for your custom home-building project, we include you throughout the process, as well as keeping in touch with you once your home is built. This gives you a full view of the progress being made, and the opportunity to feedback on the finished product. We also do a warranty inspection on the finished job, to ensure that everything has been completed to our high standards. Below you’ll see an illustration of the entire process. At the stages where you see the icon featuring two people, you will be notified and invited to visit the site to come and see the progress for yourself, ask any questions, and get even more excited about your dream home finally becoming a reality.
Once the build is complete, we include a 14-day check-in, as well as a 3-month final check-in. At the 3-month check-in, a representative from Enso Homes will visit your home to do a Warranty Inspection. (Sam noted – maintenance in lieu of warranty – here, I need to find out what he means)
The maintenance inspection takes place to address any maintenance items, as well as to book in any trades that may need to complete necessary maintenance works.
Independent quality assurance
To guarantee quality on your custom home building project, we have also taken the initiative to engage Manse Group, an independent 3rd party that is contracted to conduct thorough quality assurance inspections throughout the building project, including the pre-pour, frame, and pre-plaster stages.
Manse Group is an independent building consultancy firm dedicated to making builds better. Their expertise reduces discrepancies, delays and variation exposure to maintain the common goal – a successful project. Together we ensure each stage of construction is carried out in accordance with the Building Code of Australia, the Victorian Building Authority’s Guide to Standards and Tolerances and relevant Australian Standards.
Having a third party to independently review our work, ensures every quality standard is met and that you get the absolute best quality workmanship at every point of the building process.
